dell system XP cd

Are these disks bootable? I am trying to delete and repartition mt g/f hd, but the disk wont let me since it does everything from the windiws screen. i was thinking about just deleting the whole c: drive, but i do not want to do it if the cd is not bootable.

Ah man, it ha sbeen ages since i did this...do pick NTFS or FAT?

I'd go with NTFS - it's way more capable than FAT/FAT32.
