Dell SX270

I have a Dell SX270, it is a mini. It won't power up all of a sudden, the motherboard light will come on, but that is about it. I replaced the memory on it, and that is about the only add on that can be easily removed. Anyone have any ideas, could the power board be bad?

Disconnect and reconnect the memory, it might not be all the way in.

Same is true for cards, make sure all your cards are all the way in, disconnect them and reconnect them to verify.

it doesn't have any slots for cards. I've reseated the memory quite a bit, it's in there, it won't even post or anything on power up.

wow...still on hold...12:37-1:17 interesting...I've just left my phone on...I went and ate some lunch, came back..still on hold. I could have those caps ripped out and replaced before they even get on the line...

Hehe 😀 Well I see you have the mechBgon-approved Snack Break technique down pat, at least 😉

oh...almost had it...for some reason dell put me through to the Dimensions tech support...and that guy couldnt help with Optiplex's...on hold again
