Dell Studio 1555

Dell Studio 1555 Notebook gives just bright flash for second on starting.
No beeps, No display Nothing other than a flash. Battery charging indicator glows.
Any idea what to do or where to look. Is it a mother board problem or CPU problem?

Please advice.

what about if it's plug in with the ac power.(sound like lack of power)

Doesn't make any difference whether it is powered by AC or Battery. Result remains same.
