Dell Streak only on AT&Ts crappy network?

UGH. Are they serious? Thats a fantastic piece of hardware that I was excited about until I found out it will only be on AT&Ts' network. Why? I think Dell shouldve made it so it would work on any carriers network. *sigh* so much for that!

Dell & AT&T must have cut a hell of a deal, Dell already had a TMobile version approved by the FCC.

But yeah, released with Android 1.6, and Dell's usual bizarre rollout and support=pass for me.

They've Twittered that there would be an unlocked version, then changed their mind, just as well, the only version in the US is ATT 3G only anyway, who wants to use Edge nowdays?
