Dell Small Business requirement?

Are there any requirements needed to order from Dell Small Business vs going the Home option route?

Many of the hot deals lately have been through Small Business, and I was wondering if there were any special info you had to prove business status.

There is one really big difference. And it makes *all* of the difference.

You click on Small Business instead of Home/Home Office.

No there are no requirements but there are two catches:

1) Dell Small Business charges sales tax in all states but 2-3 (DE and OR I think).
2) If there is a Dell rebate being offered, your rebate check will be made payable to your BUSINESS NAME. So if your business name is JACKASS PRODUCTIONS that's what your rebate check will say. So if there is a rebate involved make sure your business name is your real name.
