Order was placed on the 7th of this month, due to delays, they upgraded to next day air for free, but seem to have shipped it ground anyway. odd....

Yep ... looks like they dropped the ball on you.

I'd call up & complain ... hopefully you have somthing in writing promising the shipping upgrade.
