Dell SC1430 Power supply replacement

Hello All,

I have the Dell SC1430 dual socket server and it seems the power supply died on me with 1 and 3 light flashing green and power switch flashing amber. Is it possible to replace the stock psu with 650TX W corsair.

Also, the dell board has two power connectors, power1(24 pin) and power2(20 pin) but the corsair 650TX has only one 24 pin and 2 pci-e (4 pin), 2 - 8pin connectors, can i join the pci-e and 8pin connectors to make the power2(20 pin) connector.
