Will there be any $750 off 2K and such for Dell laptops this year? I'm really wanting a new C2D laptop to do some video editing on. It'd be nice to have a nice % off!

Probably a $399 laptop just like last year.

The infamous $750 off $1499 laptop coupons have been gone for a while.

I sort of assumed that. I haven't seen them since last year and I just wondered if they'd be back for the holidays.

I have no use for a $400 laptop, unfortunately. I need something with atleast a 7900 Geforce and C2D at around 2.X ghz.

Oh well. You can lock Mod's if this is wrapped up.

I have been looking for a $400 laptop for quite some time. I orderd a Compaq V2000z from copmUSA but its been 45 days and they haven't shipped it. I have begun looking for others...

No kidding. I can't believe it's almost Halloween. The year has flown by so fast.

Dell needs to bring back the $750 though!

Didnt want to create another thread...

has anyone else notice that dells pricing lately is alot higher than it used to be?

Laptops start at over $700 and a decent desktop is over $500.

You're not looking at the right places during the right times.

In the past month there have been laptops at $499, $585 and currently a Dell Inspiron 6400 (Intel Core Duo/1GB/DVD-RW) for $649.

I wouldn't hold your breath as it's been 1.5 years and shows no sign of returning.
