After buying a Dell 9100 against my better judgement, it has caused me nothing but trouble. Performance is abysmal, and the RAM included is only PC2700, not the stated PC3200. Admittedly, it needs more RAM, but that's not my biggest qualm.
Recently, the laptop soundcard has stopped output to the headphone jack. This means I cannot use the laptop at lanparties, or even play music without disrupting everyone in the house. I have ADP, so I'm covered, but I'm just too fed up to deal with this any more-after the first year of warranty, my laptop will only be useful as a fancy 1500$ paperweight.
So, here's my question: Will dell refund me my money even though it has been more than 21 days?
