Dell Restore Partition

i recently reformated my dell i700m to get rid of the bloastware pre installed. I know that there is the restore partition on the hard drive, and to use ctl+F11 to use, but it no longer works for me. if any one knows how to get the restore to work and what program i need to make the computer recognize the partition that would really help. thanks

If you reinstalled XP and deleted all your partitions during the XP install, you're SOL.

no i still have the partitions, i just reinstalled windows on the main partition, the resotre partition is still intact.

Apparently you reformatted the Restore Partition as well. Now you have to reinstall the Restore Partitilon's software. This usually comes on one of the bundled system CDs
