Those of you with refurb Dell pcs--do you think they are actually "refurbed" or are they new computers that have been returned?

Also, what's your experience with the pcs-are they any good/worth the money?

ive had experince with about 15 dells personally, and 2 refurbs, the refurbs lasted longer/better than the new ones. wierd eh?
 
Bought a cheap refurb for a client (cheap being around $400). Specs:

Dell Dimension 2300
2.2Ghz Celeron
128MB RAM (upgraded to 512 through Crucial for $100)
CDRW
Integrated goodies (nic, audio, video)
56k v.92 modem
Windows xP Pro
Keyboard and mouse

Haven't had any problems whatsoever, and this was purchased about 3 months ago.
