dell refurbished vs new

ok i ordered a dell i600m refurbished for 1104, they now put up a new one for 1199 with the same specs but a second battery

should i return the refurb one and get a new one, and will i notice a quality difference ?

why bother? the $95 difference is about what you'd pay for a new battery anyway. besides, i prefer refurbished units not because they are cheaper but because they were looked over buy professional techs rather then assembly line people.. just mine $0.02

you PREFER refurbs over new? thats a first for me....uhm, i wouldnt say itd be worth the hassle, just keep the one you got.

yeah thats what i was thinking just keep this one, and yeah its looked over by a pro tech
now its just waiting for the next hour or so for the stupid ups man to get here

well i got my refurb 600m and i love it, this thing is nice and fast, now for the real test, visual studio 2003

How long did it take to ship, after you ordered it ? Im trying to stay away from the new ones because they take sooooo long to ship.

ordered sat night at like midnight, got it today (friday) with standard shipping, but then again mine shiiped from tx and i in wisconsin, they shipped it tuesday
