Dell Rebate Question

I received my Packing Slip today. I get two rebates back. I downloaded the form, but wasn't sure if I need to submit it twice, highlighting which rebate i want for each, or just one time and Dell will know to give me back both rebates.

First time I've had to deal w/ this so any help is greatly appreciated!
