Are they real people? It seriously sounded like I ws talking to a computer program with predetermined responses. I tried it just for kicks. I asked my question, then she/it asked me questions...like what will I be using the notebook for? My answer "productivity tasks". Later (no, I don't know why I kept chatting with it), she/it says "since you said you need word, excel and outlook, i recommend..." Wait, did I say I needed that? I could easily do productivity tasks using Corel or even, hate to say this, Works.

Thoughts?
