So last night there was a storm here and at about 10PM a lightning bolt struck outside very close to the house. Sure enough it blew the fax machine. Yes I had a surge protector but something went awry.
My question is, since the printer is less than 6 months old, will Dell still replace it? I'm pretty sure that Belkin, the surge protector I was using, offers a protection plan but I don't have the receipt for that purchase.
