2560x1600 = Good luck if you plan on playing PC games on this thing.

700:1 contrast ratio = I bet its using an IPS panel so the black levels will certainly be poor with that low of a ratio.

14ms response time = ......

Nothing to move LCD forward in terms in image quality / response ,it's just a big and probably cheap LCD.
