Dell Precision 3551 - 4k @ 144hz?

I am trying to get this laptop to output over HDMI for a 4k @ 144hz monitor display.

I have a D6000 dock that is running a few 1080p monitors;

I cannot get the Quadro P620 to push 144hz at 4k on the monitor..

Any pointers?
 
The D6000 dock doesn't support more than 4k@60Hz (I assume it's display port 1.2). See the user guide:

I'm not sure if going thunderbolt/usbc out directly from your laptop would even help. My work 7530 didn't like running anything above 4k 30Hz without jumping through some hoops and ended up doing thunderbolt out from my dock to the monitor. I didn't have a great taste left in my mouth after that.. as my most cheap laptops these days support better than that.
