Well then it sounds like we got a bargain. We only had to cough up 18 million for a new sales center that is supposed to eventually have 3k jobs.
 
Why would they build one in N.C.

They could just pop out another plant in Malaysia for half the price.

The best thing is that no matter where they put it, it'll be right near my door.
 
Yeah, I'm glad it's coming here, NC could use the extra jobs. Plus, that'll be a decent salary for the counties they are considering....

 
Half an hour to 45 minutes from me, either way they go. I might apply, just need a job to help while I go back to school.

with all the mills closing here, i'm glad to see something new show up. assembly/factory jobs are perfect to replace what we are loosing...

That's a pretty damn good salary for production jobs. Especially with the low cost of housing in NC.
