Dell Outlet Wireless Cards?

It doesn't seem like the Dell Outlet stores mentions whether or not there is a built in wireless card, just ETH-0

Also, a friend of mine order from the Outlet and it seems fine, its been a year or more. Just wondering are the outlet laptops pretty reliable? I've heard its from people that get them but return them so some can be fairly brand new? What other sources fuel the outlet store? Refurbs?
 
If you click on the system identifier it will tell you if it has wireless. I checked a few and it seems that if it says ETH-0 then it has wireless.
