A friend of mine has one of these Dell systems and as soon as it loads Windows XP, it reboots. I checked all the connections and they seemed fine, even cleared the CMOS. The friend told me this all happened after another friend was looking at something on Myspace. Anyway, the strangest thing is that I can't even seem to get into Safe Mode. I'm used to F8 being the key, but that apparently doesn't work with this kind of computer.
So, my questions are.. What could be causing this rebooting? Malware, spyware, etc? And why am I having so much difficulty getting into Safe Mode? Thanks in advance. Peace.
