I fail to see how it is "ironic" if someone who specializes in the identification and replacement of bad capacitors, has identified and replaced alot of bad capacitors.

A 'bad' PSU sending dirty current to the system will hasten the death of motherboard caps. Your company should hit up Dell for replacement costs if it hasn't done so yet. Dell is doing this to avoid a class action...Betcha! Read http://www.badcaps.net/faq/

Same here; PSU was replaced under warranty.
