Dell Notebook with Sandy Bridge & Sata bug?

Ok i haven't been keeping up much but i've been waiting to grab a dell xps with a sandy bridge chip. I just noticed today at dells site that they are available. I heard somewhere that intel was allowing some sandy bridge chipsets to still be released with the SATA bug. Is this true? I want to make sure if i get one that it doesn't have the sata bug in the chipset. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,

The B3 chip has been released they are fine. and If they only use 2 SATA devices (1 hdd and 1 cd/dvd for example) they arent affected by the recall anyway.

How do you make sure its a B3? They just say 2nd generation. Don't see any "B3" listed.

They only have 2 SATA devices so it doesnt matter but if you are really worried contact tech support they have a 24/7 instant chat.
