Dell Mobo Swap and Case Change

Hey,

So I have this Dell Dimension 8400 (3.4 GHz) and I absolutely hate the case. Since Dell's are next to impossible to mod, I am thinking about buying a new motherboard and case and just transfer everything in my Dell into the new.

Though I've never really bought a motherboard before. What kind of motherboard should I be looking for? I think the chipset is 925X Express.

Any help would be appreciated.
