Question Dell machine missing UEFI boot options.

I already updated the machine to latest firmware about 2-3 months ago.

I'm trying to switch from legacy boot to UEFI boot, but when I enter the BIOS,

every time I change Legacy to UEFI, all the boot drives options disappear completely,

it only shows add options / delete options. What gives? How can I fix it?

If I tried to add boot option, it said File System Not Found!

Found that my old Dell machine UEFI boot menu options only available after pressing F12 key during boot up, not inside the BIOS! Using Rufus I was able to burn Win 11 iso to a USB thumb drive , and install it to an empty drive. TPM 1.2 only.

Microsoft minimum requirements are TPM 2.0, so I wonder if the retail release will still work with 1.2?

They updated the website to remove that wording. Looks like final release will make 2.0 a hard requirement.
WTF? They be cray-cray. Think of the e-waste? (Think of the DRM possibilities. Content being directly licensed to that PC. Movies and music available on the MS and Amazon stores.)

That hard requirement is for new machine that ships with Win 11.
