Dell should stop F8@*ing around and test sell some AMD product with an Nvidia motherboards..at a good price they wil sell like hot cakes...nuff said
And I think they know that!? They just dont want any sh*t from intel.. :disgust:
Theres 2 reasons, AMD cant provide the quantities dell needs, and Intel gives them a price break for being an Intel-only OEM for both chipsets and cpus.
They come out with a report like this every few months so they can squeeze a little more money out of Intel. They go on about how we [Dell] are waiting for "our customers to demand AMD." What the heck is that? Who are these mystical customers they keep referring to. Do they expect all these non tech minded users to suddenly call them up and say, "Hey Dell I really don't like my Intel processor and would really like you to start making AMD based computers so that I can buy a whole new computer."
he's right its a buy sell game dell areplaying, they need to make their position as intels main buyer known to intel, and thus the fragility of that business relationship, the more bricks intel s**t the better delas dell get.
