Dell LCD Warranty

If I sell a Dell LCD to some other person, does the 3 year warranty transfer to them? I know that for systems you need to fill out an online form but I can't find anything on Dell branded accessories.

When was it that you did this?

This became an issue in the FS/T forum as Dell used to do it no question, but about a year ago they started telling people they were changing their policy and that they would no longer transfer over the warranty for just a monitor.

What I remember is that Dell said if you sell the entire system then the warranty for the monitor (if you sell it with the system) will transfer over.

You might just try their chat or e-mail and see what answer you get, they might have changed policy again or something.
