dell LCD TV vs LCD monitors

So guys, what is the main difference between the two here. I mean for the TV's it looks like they are just LCD moniters with built in TV tuners. It even says you can use comp while watching TV. So what is the major issue, are they low res or something?

i have the same question since dells website has a 17" lcd tv on sale for $490 and i dont no wether to get that or a standerd 17" desplay for $300

The resolution on the TVs is much lower. the 19" only does 1280x1768. their 20"
2005fpw does 1680x1050
