Dell LCD stand

Yeah i just got a dell LCD screen (2005fpw) and i put it in the lower position, heard a click, and now i cant get it to go back up! Is there a locking mechanism that keeps it in the lower position?

The stand for my 2001fp has a silver-looking button near the bottom that releases the stand from the locked-down position.

ah, its a black button on mine, couldnt see it under the wiring. Thanks!
