Hey im looking to get a new monitor and am looking at this

Does anyone have this monitor and if so what do you think of it?
My specs are
Vista home Prem.,
evga 9800gt
q9450 with p45 mobo and 3 gigs of ram
the only games i play are command and conquer tiberium wars. I do mostly video encoding, copy dvds to my media server and surf the web. I dont really watch hig def movies on my pc
do i need a 1920 x 1080 monitor or would something like this fit me better
