I will be soon buying a Dell 30" monitor. It will be coupled with one or two 2007FP's in portrait mode. Should I buy the non-HC version so the color gamut matches up with the 2007FP's or should the color difference between the HC and the 2007's be minimal?

I've heard of major ghosting problems with the 2407WFP-HC. Does the 3007WFP or 3007WFP-HC have these problems as well.

Is there any particular revision I should be looking for in the 2007FP's or 30"s

Also, when is the release planned for the panels that are larger than 30"? What size?

Thanks,

The 30 inch runs ok in the winter, as long as you keep a fan blowing adginst your back. But in the summer, even with a good air conditioner, you will need to shut it off during the day. This is fact: It gets HOT sitting in front of the 30 inch Dell. I never see this mentioned in reviews. You actually feel the heat radeat off from body. I do run a duel 24 & 30 inch Dell. But the heat problem is there even when I turn off the 24.

This heat problem will prevent me from going with anther 30 on my other systems. We will enstead go with 3 24 inch Dells or equal.

If you buy the 30 you will one day say, my god that guy was not kidding. I do like the Dell Monitors as a unit, but not in the kitchen.
