Dell Latitude CPx J650GT questions

I just picked one of these babies up, it came with a PIII 650, I have a chance to do a cheapo upgrade to a PIII 866 Mhz with a 133Mhz front side Bus.

Will this work ?

(I googled it and could find absolutely nothing on the subject)

I am not sure, but I think the chipset is a 440BX without 133MHz support. So if this is true, even with a bios upgrade the cpu would still run at a 6.5X multiplier for the same 650MHz.
