Dell Laptop Serviceability

Im interested in purchasing a small or medium sized dell (basically considering anything except 9100 and XPS). The thing that freaks me out most about laptops is fans dying and not being serviceable. Which dell laptops have serviceable chassis and video card fans?
 
In the Inspiron 8500 .... the CPU fan can be removed by just loosening two screws at the bottom of the laptop. Very easy to clean or replace.

To access the GPU fan, one has to just remove the keyboard, a 5 minute job at the max.

Also... if you have warranty, it covers the fan as well.
