Dell Laptop repair advice

Hi all. I have a Dell laptop which is about 13 months old (hence out of warranty). One of the keys ('N') broke off from the keyboard. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? What is my best repair option?

check to see how much a replacement keyboard costs

i replaced one recently but it was covered under warranty
not for the faint of heart, hehe
 
usually you can buy just the key and parts under it on ebay for a couple bucks...it is sometimes a pain to replace...if you dont want to do that, keyboards on ebay are very cheap (50) and they are extremely simple to replace..
