DELL Laptop Memory Upgrade

I have a Dell Inspiron 4000 Laptop, and i'm looking to upgrade the memory on it, but i'm a little confused. Right now, it has 1x 128MB 144-pin SO-DIMM in it. I am looking to upgrade it to 512MB, therefore I am looking to buy two new 256MB chips and get rid of the old 128MB.

The specs from Dell's support site on the memory in the laptop are:

Memory
Architecture

SDRAM
Memory module socket
two user-accessible SODIMM sockets
Memory module capacities
64, 128, and 256 MB
Memory type
3.3-V SODIMM
Standard memory
one 64-MB memory module
Maximum memory
512 MB
Memory clock speed
100 MHz
Memory access time
CL2 or CL3 (CL2 and CL3 indicate a CAS latency of two and three clocks, respectively.)

I found this memory at MemoryWizards and was wondering if it would work in my laptop:

Thanks,
Ben
