Dell Laptop keeps resetting to Texas time

A coworker recently got a brand new Dell Laptop. It works great, except the Windows clock keeps resetting to Central Time. We want it on Pacific time.

I did change the time in the bios from Central time, but the Windows time still resets back to Pacific time.

yah. I'm stumped on what else to do

try removing teh CMOS battery and jumping the CMOS. Perhaps it just needs refreshing.

Of course, you will have to reset everything in the BIOS after this, but its an option... akin to taking a bazooka to kill a fly, but it should work
