Dell Laptop HD question?

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 Laptop. The Serial ATA 1.5Gb/s hard drive in the laptop is dead and I need a replacement. I was looking to buy a Serial ATA replacement HD from Newegg and I wonder if any of these Hard Drives will work on my laptop? The main difference between these HD's are the 1.5Gb/s and 3.0Gb/s. Thanks!
