Dell Laptop Bios/Overclocking

I have Dell Latitude Laptop (P-3, 500MHz) and I am thinking of overclocking it but my bios would not support overclocking. My question is which Bios should I use for overclocking. My current one is A-14 revision which I updated it more than one year ago and Dell hasn't introduced any newer bios yet.

Also, should I try to overclock this P-3,500MHZ laptop? Will it do any good? I have PC100,256MB Sodimm Ram installed.

From what I have heard no Dell bios supports OCing.

No dell BIOS's allow overclocks. Even if you did overlock it you couldn't expect much of an OC in a laptop.
