Dell lappy fan settings ?

Hey people, laptop specs ;

Dell 8200 Inspiron
1.6 P4
512 ram
Geforce2go


Is there a way to either adjust the fan temp on/off settings or turn it them on so they run all the time ?

I looked in the BIOS and found nothing pertaining to fan speed or temp settings.

I used to have the same Inspiron 8200 many moons ago and used this program. Works pretty well I might add.
