Dell item returns frustrations

Does anybody know what Dell's returns shipping address is? I've called Dell tech support (based in New DELLy, get it) twice and they've given me two different addresses. Neither of which has a matching city and zip code. :| Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call them and have them pick it up. You won't need a label or anything (I'm sure).

yeah i called 3x today.. about the Zire they sent me... instead of the zire 21.

2x i got people that spoke bad english. couldnt figure what a zire was

.. 1x i got a american and he knew the zire situation but my phone died on me Called again sadly got another crappy english speaker but she issued ups to pick the crap up tomrrow and sending me a Zire 21.
