hey rossman, thats a HOT deal, but thats a lot of rebates too. what if dell doesn't do it?

I don't got the guts for this one.

Hey, Thanks for the bit lots rechargeable batteries again. this thing rocks. but it does take 5+ hours to charge!

but man, i realized that my fuji digital camera 2650, eats batteries like crazy, cuz i only shoot with the LCD. So i was going through alkalines a lot, with this, i can just recharge it! do you know where i can get some other, good Nimh batteries that are rechargeable and compatible with this Panasonic charger? i would like to buy more and more rechargeable batteries and use 'em for everything now.

thanks

There is a very good chance that Dell will not honor all 4-6 rebates, so these Ferengi are taking a huge risk.

Big Lots also sells 4 packs of Panasonic AA 1600 mAH batteries for only $4.99 each, killer deal.

How many AA's do you want? How much can you afford?

dope!

when i was i the ghetto (Big lots) i shoulda picked up some more batteries. I will buy those Rossman, i guess i feel comfortable with the panasonic panasonic match. just for my own info, does it matter what brand the rechargeable batteries are, or if they are 1600, 1800, etc? and do 1800's last longer than 1600s?? thanks guys

hey scrapsilion, thanks for the link. What do you think of those 24 pack batteries, they look kinda obscure, no?

well, i want to reserve 2 sets of my AA batteries for my dig camera. Then, i need one more pair for my optical mouse, that is now 6. the pack came with 6 only. Then, I want 2 batteries for my audio receiver remote, but i mostly need more AAA rechargeables. all my other hometheater devices (about 4 remotes), and my caller id box use those. how long do these batteries last, cuz big lots also sells rayovac alkalines for 2.49 for 8 batteries. thats pretty cheap too i think.

I'm also most comfortable using the same brand and mAH rating batteries in my Panasonic charger. Yes 5 hours is a while but look at what you paid, you got an awesome deal.

Go to your local Big Lots and buy at least 2-3 of those 4 pack Panasonics at $5 each they're a steal.

I use rechargeable AA's in everything, they last a while, recharge them while we sleep, save A LOT of money and better for the environment.

If $ is no object and you want better batteries then buy either this or this.

If you're ghetto like me and want the most bang for your buck, Big Lots has the solution.

Just so you know as with most Dell promo's expires in 2.5 hours.

Bad news, just went through my bank's Dell EPP program and this deal appears to be WORKING (not sure if I'd get all the rebates).

Ok I need to step outside and not come back in for another 3 hours.

I dont have the cajones nor the patience to read all the rebate forms, fill them out, send them, and wait patiently not knowing whether or not theyll go through.

I envy the Ferengi determination...:D

OMFG that's the surprise of the century since you haven't ordered yet!?! :p

This deal is evil. Not that I really care either way, but something about stacking 5 (shady) rebates together is enticing in a sick way. Ironically, if it were a simple price mistake for $100 out the door, then most of us veterans would have already looked away knowing those orders would be promptly cancelled. Just plain evil. :p

Damn!

It is only in affect on US education program.

I would order 7 computers for my nieces & nephews as xmass present if I was a US citizen.

Are you sure? I thought it worked for Dell EPP (Employee Purchase Program)?

Officially ends in 2 hours at 11:00 PM CST which is 12 East coast and 9 PM West coast.

I think I can get it down to $260 FOR SURE but the two remaining $100 rebates are iffy.
