Dell insprion 531 graphcis limits

I have this (what people say) olden pc named: Dell insprion 531 with 4 GB of ram, a 2.33 GHZ processor and 74.4 GB hard drive with windows 10 on it. graphics card is AMD Radeon 5450. I think it has 2 GB of video memory, not sure though.

I was wondering if this PC would be able to handle a more powerful graphics thingy (processor). I want a 16 Gb graphics card or something extreme! I use lots of heavy programs: 3ds max, level editors, unreal engine, maya, Adobe creative cloud all at once. So I need a powerful card!

From 2007? Basically, time to buy a new machine.
It uses a ASUS M2N61-AX, so, doubt you can find any new CPUs for that, and since you are limited to that CPU you got now, you might be able to find a used GPU that will give you a little extra power, but, realistically, it isn't worth saving this thing.
