Question Dell Inspiron E1705. changed ram then not booting 2 flashing Green lights?

Hello, machine was working fine and I attempted to upgrade the ram from 2gb [1x1] with new 4gb [2x2] ram sticks. Now I am seeing 2 flashing green lights to the left of the power button when I power on, the A and down arrow buttons. I put back in the original Dell ram sticks but same deal. Help please? Service Tag is 3ZZ1HB1
