Dell Inspiron Desktop

I recently got a Dell desktop (Inspiron 518), and it has a E7200 processor. How can I overclock this PC?

more info: it has 2GB memory, 1 exhaust fan, no intake fan, and stock CPU cooling.

To my knowledge dell lock all there bios' so that they cannot be overclocked, you can hack it but i wouldn't really recommend it . most of there parts are budget and wont be able to cut it.
