How do get into the bios, is it possible?

Not sure what you mean exactly, I assume you don't mean the normal 'f2' during bootup?

F2 at dell splash screen.

Beat on the F2 key like a crazed maniac during boot. It's hard to catch it in time.

F12 will run the diagnostics, I believe.

Yea thanx guys finally found after find the pause screen to stop the splash screen. Any of you guys know if it is possible to flash bios to do some ocing?

buy a blank bios chip and write the features in yourself

You can't overclock a dell through the bios, they don't have any of the functions available. If you wanna overclock..sell the dell and build your own..
