Dell Inspiron 8600 New Hard Drive recommendations

Hey guys, I went to the store today to go pick up a new hdd for my trusty inspiron.

Only to be blown away by my stupidity.

Picked up this one:

27981 HDD2D15 Aires MK8032GAX 80GB 5400RPM 80GB 5400RPM ATA6 2.5" w/ 8MB Cache $88.00 Special

Only to try and plug it in and have it be about a half inch to short, and it looks like it has a different interface system than my old hitachi deathstar.

WTF.

Someone help cure my idiocy.

I had an Inspiron 8200, and there was a press on/pull off type of interface that attached to the pins at the back of the drive that allowed it to interface with the MB connector.

Good luck and don't forget to research next time.
