I have this system with 16GB ram, 250GB SSD, 1TB HDD, i want to overclock my GPU 960M 4Gb so how can i do, i want to use this for hashcat/cracking hash, when i tried i got an error "GPU temp limit 90" so is there anyone who can help me or share a ROm stock file...
 
It's a laptop, that's thermal throttling because of temperatures.

There's not much to do other than improving the airflow and replacing the thermal paste / pads. Otherwise it is tough to do because it's a laptop released in 2016, and laptops by design cannot exhaust heat quickly enough when doing things like you want to do.
