Dell Inspiron 6000D Recovery Disc?

I ask because I have the key/CoA but no media to use to restore the system. Does Dell sell recovery discs with XP Home or specific Dell OEM copies? Again all I need is the media...

... or not, since my laptop is out of warranty and they want me to pay for a call to them :|

You should be able to call Dell customer service. I would *THINK* they will sell you the disc media for a minimal charge ( Microsoft charges about $30 for replacement media )
*IF* you did *NOT* nuke the recovery partition on your HD, you should also be able to hit F11 during power up and choose to restore it to factory install.

Order it thru Dell even if you need to pay a few $$ for it .. that way it will have everything
you need, including the drivers that the computer started out with

Disk has been nuked 🙁

A former I6000D owner has hooked me up with a CD though, so with my license/CoA I'm probably good to go.
