I get no display when I turn on the PC, no beep codes, the power supply light is a solid green and never turns off.. used a different power supply even but still nothing worked. For the first time of turning it on it turns it self off from within 10-30 seconds. but after turning it on again after that happens, it stays on but with a solid orange power light and no display, any suggestions on what it could be? Also I tried both DVI for the gfx card and VGA for the integrated, neither work.

Disconnect everything from the motherboard and try to boot up with 1 stick of ram.

The manual says that a solid amber power light on a 560S indicates a problem with the system board or power supply. As you've replaced the power supply, that kind of narrows it down. Do any of the fans turn when you hit the power switch?

I see, thank you and yes both the CPU fan and the case fan turn on and are working properly.

It wouldn't hurt to pull any add-in cards and check to make absolutely sure that all the motherboard standoffs are properly positioned and that nothing is grounding out anywhere between the case and motherboard. It would be a long shot, but you could also try wiping the CMOS memory settings on the motherboard (should be a jumper there you can ground out). If you pull all of the memory modules and power it on (i.e. boot with no memory at all onboard), do you at least get any beep codes?

Have a sneaking suspicion, though, that you'll probably be replacing that motherboard. Is it still under warranty?
