Dell inspiron 530s (slim) as HTPC

I have a dell inspiron 530s dual core 2500 with 4gb of ram and a couple drives in it.
What is a good low profile video/tuner card to get to turn this into my replacement HTPC that i will use Snapstream Beyond TV on?

My current HTPC is an older amd 2400 in a big silverstone case and is starting to bug out on me.
