I just ordered my inspiron 5100.. heres my question I have a Sanyo Sprint PCS cell phone and a bunch of free night and weekend minutes i hardly use.. I was wondering if there is an adapter that will clip into the phone and then have like a USB cord to enable the use of the phone for internet?? I've seem one for motorola sprint phones, it plugs into where you would plug the recharger, and then the usb is plugged into the laptop to enable dialup internet using the cell phone.. anyone have any clues??? how fast would the connection be?

I have this cable for my Sanyo SCP-6000. At the time, they only made serial cables, and it runs at a max of 14.4k. If you are using PCS Vision, i'm sure the rates are much higher. I was able to buy the PCS data cable from my local Sprint store. Not sure if they carry them anymore. I've also heard the newer Sanyo phones can use the new USB version of the cable as well.
